Terms & Conditions

By booking a session through this website, you agree to the following terms.


Scope of service

Sessions focus on behaviour change and self-regulation using structured hypnotic methods.
This service does not provide:

  • Medical treatment

  • Mental health diagnosis

  • Psychotherapy

  • Crisis or emergency care

If you require emergency or crisis support, contact appropriate local services.


Booking and payment

  • Sessions are booked directly via the website.

  • A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

  • The remaining balance is payable at the end of the session.

No free consultations or introductory calls are offered.


Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session forfeit the deposit.

  • Sessions rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred to a future booking.

  • Missed sessions are treated as late cancellations.


Availability

  • Sessions are available online and in person (Melbourne).

  • In-person availability is limited and released periodically.

  • Availability shown in the booking calendar reflects current openings only.


Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Participation is voluntary

  • You remain responsible for your decisions and actions

  • Outcomes cannot be guaranteed
