By booking a session through this website, you agree to the following terms.
Scope of service
Sessions focus on behaviour change and self-regulation using structured hypnotic methods.
This service does not provide:
Medical treatment
Mental health diagnosis
Psychotherapy
Crisis or emergency care
If you require emergency or crisis support, contact appropriate local services.
Booking and payment
Sessions are booked directly via the website.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
The remaining balance is payable at the end of the session.
No free consultations or introductory calls are offered.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session forfeit the deposit.
Sessions rescheduled with more than 24 hours’ notice may have the deposit transferred to a future booking.
Missed sessions are treated as late cancellations.
Availability
Sessions are available online and in person (Melbourne).
In-person availability is limited and released periodically.
Availability shown in the booking calendar reflects current openings only.
